Do my recipients need to sign up?

Anyone you give access to can view your messages and files - no sign up or login. To prove their identity you can require them to click a one time email link. 

How do I cancel?
Your subscription will automatically renew, but you can cancel at any time. Just drop an email to hello@safedrop.com, and we'll cancel your next payment.
What is the best way to contact you?

How do I add my team

Sign up for the business plan, you can add your team members, and set permissions on what they can do with safedrop.

What payment can I use?

We accept PayPal as well as credit cards by major networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We also support monthly Direct Debit in some countries.. For Enterprise users we can also do invoice billing. 

How do I avoid the wait list?

Pay for a plan, you can get same day access.

The wait list is not too long at the moment, usually 1-2 weeks.

How safe is my data?

We've been securing data since 2001. 

To keep your ideas safe from attack or exploitation, your files are encrypted when they are transferred (TLS) and when they are stored (AES-256). Once your files are stored, they can only be accessed using the unique links sent to the sender and recipient.

For free, Pro & Business plans we store your data with Cloudflare in the EU.

For Enterprise we can store your data with any s3 compatible provider, so you can control your own bucket storage.

For Enterprise we can store in the any of the wasabi or Amazon s3 locations.
